For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings. If you have an issue with your earring order, please get in touch with us so we can help you to resolve the issue in the best possible way.
For all other items purchased from Lucille London, our returns and exchange policy is detailed below.
Rings that have been made to order can be re-sized or adjusted free of charge if required. Resizing requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the jewellery. Necklaces, such as chain style or chain length, can be adjusted at an additional charge to the customer which will be confirmed with the customer at the time of the request.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from receipt of the jewellery and the full amount of your order less any shipping costs that we have paid to delivery your order will be credited to your store account. As our designs are all made to order we cannot offer a cash refund for orders. Store credit will remain available on your account for 12 months from the date the credit is applied to your account.
Shipping costs for all returns, aside from in the unusual circumstances that an item is faulty, must be paid for by the customer. These costs will not be re-imbursed by Lucille London.
