Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary shipping within the UK via Royal Mail or one of our other courier partners.  

 

All international orders are sent by express delivery with one of our courier partners.  We also take out additional insurance cover with an independent insurance provider. 

 

For orders outside of the UK, the following shipping and insurance costs will apply:

Europe - £30.00 

USA & Canada - £40.00

Australia & New Zealand - £50.00

China, Hong Kong & Malaysia - £50.00

 

Duties and taxes for international orders will be due upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility.  Lucille London will not be held liable for international duties, taxes and customs charges.  

International orders can be placed for delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.  For all other international orders, or if your country is not listed at checkout, please get in touch with us to enquire about delivery to your region.

Each piece we create is unique.  Although we can advise you on the specification of your jewellery, such as the width of the metal used or the carat of the gemstones, no two items are ever identical; the weight of each piece is estimated as the end weight is dependant on the items measurements and sizing.

 

All custom and bespoke jewellery is crafted completely by hand, from design to soldering, to polishing.  Due to this process, items that are made-to-order can take 4 weeks or more to be delivered to you.  We always specify an estimated shipping timeframe in our product descriptions.  In the unlikely instance that we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you in advance and let you know the expected delivery date.

You will receive an order and payment confirmation email after you make a purchase on our website. We will contact you again to let you know the expected shipping and delivery dates before your purchase is shipped.
