LUCILLE LONDON.png

This striking Victorian-era ring is crafted in 20ct yellow gold with a soft orange-blossom undertone - reminiscent of 22ct gold, but with a more subtle warmth. At its centre sits an intense deep blue cushion-cut sapphire (approx. 1ct), flanked by two bright old mine cut diamonds (approx. 0.50ct total). Their tall crowns and open culets reflect the precision of 19th-century hand-cutting techniques.

The band measures 9mm at the front, tapering to 4mm at the back, and carries a satisfying weight of 11.01g. Stamped with a maker’s mark and XRF-tested to confirm its gold content, the ring remains in very good antique condition. The sapphire shows natural inclusions and faint surface scuffs, while the gold bears light signs of wear - both consistent with the piece's age. A beautifully weighted and characterful example of Victorian craftsmanship.
